Call us, send a message, or use the request form on our home page. We will set up a convenient time for a free roof inspection/estimate.
What areas do you serve?
Our offices are in Frisco, Lewisville and McKinney, and we serve Collin, Denton, Dallas, Tarrant and Rockwall counties. Call us and we will confirm whether we cover your address.
Do you offer a free roof inspection/estimate?
Yes. You receive photographs and a plain explanation of what we found.
Are you licensed?
Pineapple Roofing is RCAT Licensed, License #03-0637. RCAT is the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas.
Repair or replace?
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
We look at the age and condition of the roof and any signs of damage, such as leaks, missing or curling shingles, damaged flashing and storm impact. If a repair is the smarter move, we will say so. If a replacement makes more sense, we will show you why. See how to compare repair and replacement.
How do I know if my roof problem needs attention right away?
An active leak, water stains on a ceiling, missing shingles or loose flashing are reasons to call sooner rather than later. If you are not sure, call and describe what you see.
How often should my roof be inspected?
Once a year, and again after any significant hail or wind event. Small problems are easier to deal with early.
Do you repair small leaks?
Yes. A small leak can become a larger problem, so we look at issues of any size. See our roof repair page.
Storms and insurance
What if I am not sure my roof was damaged in a storm?

Can you help with insurance claims?

Do you install metal roofing?

Can I replace my gutters at the same time as my roof?
Yes, and it is a sensible time to do it, because the roof edge is exposed. See gutter installation.
Will you look at attic ventilation during a replacement?
Ventilation should be assessed during any replacement. Ask for it to be included in the written scope.
